Reclaiming Your Health
At Farmville Seventh-day Adventist Church, we believe health is about more than avoiding illness. True health includes our physical, mental, emotional, social, and spiritual well-being.
Our Reclaiming Your Health ministry exists to help individuals and families discover practical ways to live healthier, more fulfilling lives. Whether you are looking to improve your eating habits, better manage a health condition, reduce stress, or simply learn more about healthy living, we strive to provide education, encouragement, and support in a welcoming environment.

Throughout the year, we offer a variety of programs and events designed to help people make positive lifestyle choices and take meaningful steps toward better health.
Some of our programs include:
- Diabetes Undone seminars
- Mental health seminars
- Healthy holiday cooking classes
- Children’s cooking classes
- Natural Home Remedies
In addition to educational programs, our ministry is actively involved in community outreach. At events such as the Heart of Virginia Festival and other community gatherings, volunteers provide free health screenings, health resources, and practical information that can help individuals make informed decisions about their well-being.
We also work alongside local organizations and community partners to support efforts that promote healthier communities and improve access to health education.

Our approach is simple: small changes can make a big difference. By learning practical habits and making informed choices, individuals can improve their quality of life and take positive steps toward long-term wellness.
Whether you are beginning your health journey or simply looking for encouragement along the way, we invite you to join us at an upcoming class, seminar, or community event.
We believe healthy communities are built one person, one family, and one step at a time.
